1) Flooding or major leak - This includes a shower faucet or any household faucet that won’t shut off and you need assistance
2) Keys jammed in a front door lock or a malfunctioning deadbolt/lock --- or you have locked yourself out of your property
3) Properties with only 1 toilet and there is a Mechanical issue with the toilet
4) Fire (call 911 first, ensure you are safe, and then you can call Simcoe RPM to come out to help secure the property if needed – (this generally means putting plywood on windows, etc)
